Is the BIOS set to boot from the hard disk first? In that case, connecting a RJ45 cable (to your modem or router?) shouldn't make any difference, even with that modem or router turned on (you didn't tell if turning it off or on makes any difference).

Assuming that "not getting start" means it doesn't start at all, this is not a Windows problem, since Windows only becomes active later. So it's either a setting in the BIOS (did you try the defaults?) or a hardware issue with the motherboard.

if the RJ45 connector is on the motherboard, you can try if using a separate Ethernet card works (maybe you need to disable the Ethernet on the motherboard also).

no power to CPU

System is not getting power only. So it is not windows or BIOS problem. When i turn on using front side button it will not start but when i remove ethernet cable from CPU it will get start.

In that case

In that case, plug things in one at a time and try powering on the computer each time you plug something in. When the computer stops turning on, you have found the problem component and you can choose between replacing it or getting a new one.

If the first time you plug something in it stops working, make sure to unplug that and test something else just to make sure it was that first component. Sometimes you get lucky and find the problem component on the first try, other times it is a case where plugging anything in will cause it to not turn on and it is important to know which it is.

You have other computer in the home that works ok?

If not, take it to a friend's house and give it a try. I want to find out if it's the computer or modem/router issue.
