Total up the amperes on each leg then never exceed 50% of any rail.
If you can't do that, total up the Watts or use a P3 Watt Meter then fit a 2X total Watts PSU.
my new configuration

video Asus GTX970 OC Strix
psu Corsair CX600M 80 Plus Bronze
motherboard Asus Z97-A
8GB RAM Kingston HyperX Savage
SSD Samsung EVO 250GB
after running 3DMark for a while the pc restarted, the bios showed the message "Asus anti-surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply" and after that the graphics card would only work for about 15 seconds then the monitor shuts down. It keeps repeating like this, except there is no error showing, the monitor shuts down after 15 seconds. I tested with weaker graphics cards and it worked. What could be the problem? Many people say the PSU is enough for the job
