Power surge on hub port.

I have a problem with my Windows XP Computer that always give a popup message "Power surge on hub port.... ". After a few days, I found the answer.
Go to: Start / Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Computer Management / and Right click on the last of the "USB Root Hub" to disable it.
