A PSU from a reputable manufacturer will install easily, just make sure of the type you need Richard - ATX I imagine.

I have a 300w ps in my pc, it works fine and has for years.

Is there some reason you want a larger unit?

As for the swap out, if you get the proper ps it is a few screws and a few plugs.

Don't fix what isn't broke.......
