It's either a fuse that must be replaced, or the PSU or the motherboard. That's in ascending sequence of price and work.
Recently, I had a storm pass through my area and seemed to not consist of any lightning. So, I left my computer on to run overnight to download some things. I woke up to find that I had lost power and everything in my house had reset. I go to turn on my computer in the morning like I usually do and find that it wouldn't. I had a surge protector hooked to it but it is old so I'm not sure if it is reliable. It is also hooked to a small extension cord to reach the surge protector but I'm not sure if that matters. I hook it up to another outlet but again it doesn't work. I looked inside my case and seen that a motherboard light is on and I didn't hear the fans work. I'm not sure what the problem is or what to do.
Thanks to any that help.
