power on a second then turn off automatically

pls help my asus f80q is broken , it wont startup ,when i press power on, the blue lead lit for a second then off automatically, when i press the power on hard it just the same lit a while then off.. whats wrong?

yes it lights when charging, the problem is the switch power on it wont power up to initiate the startup since it turn off immediately after the blue led lit for a second

Un-plug everything including the power cord, mouse, etc., from the laptop. Try starting again. If that doesn't work remove the battery, plug in the power cord only and try starting again.
