If I buy a powerbank in Canada would it be okay to charge a phone from another country? i.e. Korean,Europe,Hong Kong?

Possible that your phone comes from the same country that the charger was manufactured in. No worries about using the power bank with your phone. The power banks have to be compatible with the phones sold.

Yes, power banks are designed to be compatible with various phones; however, you just need to make sure that it is the right quality and amperage because otherwise it could harm your phone.
