Possible to adjust cursor blink rate on a Mac (OSX 10.8)?

For whatever reason, a blinking cursor tends to drive me crazy. I can adjust the blink rate on Windows as an OS setting, but I have yet to figure out how to do it on OSX (currently running 10..
