Possible sound/video card issue?

Hey everyone. I just got a new computer for Christmas, and have been experiencing some issues. When I try to play a video on youtube or listen to a song, it makes this weird feedback type of sound, like a robot buzzing type of deal, the videos freeze and then play, audio will come in for a second, and then return to being frozen and that errr-ahh sound. I haven't experienced anything like this before, and was wondering if anyone has any input on it. Thank you!!

System Specs:

AMD Phenom 9650 x4 64 bit processor
Windows 7 (upgraded from Vista as soon as I got it)
8GB DDR2 RAM
Integrated Audio with ALC 888S Chipset
