Window dressing for a war we are winning, if not in terms of numbers of "enemy" killed, then in the propaganda war.
Sorry, DK, just no good news for you at all.
...even if the main stream media doesn't report it.

New PMO Facility Completed in Baghdad
Baghdad, Iraq ? The United States? Iraq Program Management Office (PMO) cut the ribbon at a renovated facility that will support PMO?s operations as it continues its mission to build Iraqi infrastructure over the next few years. The facility will house PMO offices and staff. The United Nations will also share the space with the PMO.
The Iraq Program Management Office (PMO) manages the $18.4 billion appropriated by the U.S. Congress to support the construction of Iraqi infrastructure.
The $2.3 million project, which was managed by the United States Army Corps of Engineers, was completed entirely by Iraqi firms and laborers. At its peak, the project employed over 300 Iraqis. In addition, virtually all of the supplies and materials used in the effort were produced in Iraq. The seven-building site will provide office space for both UN and PMO officials as they work on the construction of Iraq?s infrastructure.
?While this is not the first PMO project to reach completion, in many ways it symbolizes the beginning of the largest reconstruction effort since the 1940s?, said PMO Director David J. Nash while delivering remarks at the event?s opening session. He added that the successful completion of the project was further evidence that Iraqi firms have the capability and skills to accomplish these types of contracts.
