Click Start, Run type cmd and press Enter. Type the following command and press Enter.
Find the PID (procees ID) for 642 port
Press Ctrl Alt Del and open Task Manager. Click View, click Select Columns. Check PID check box. Click Processes Tab and you'll find there which PID is resposible the 642 port.

Checked Gibson's site and it shows my Port 642 is open. I don't know of anything on my system that would be using that port so I would like to close it but can't find a way to do it. Evidently it is used for wireless messaging but I don't use it. Any help would sure be appreciated.
