Thought

How do you know the e-mail is porn?

Are you saying you open mail from unknown sender's?........shame on you.

Most folks don't have a need to do such a thing......... so try this.

Don't open/preview/respond to mail from unknown sender's......just toss it in the trash.........give it some time and see if the stuff starts to go away.

porn

you only have to see the heading on your email window to know that it is porn

That's true

and there is little you can do about it. It will eventually die away if you don't respond.

Don't open those emails, and don't even let any Preview Pane preview the email.

If you open one in error, never reply, and never click the "Unsubscribe to this email". They like those because it shows your email address is live.

Use Message Rules to move any emails from senders not in your contact list to the Delete folder, and set that folder to delete upon exit.

Never post your email address on the web, in forums like these, or blogs, or reviews, twitter, and so on. Forum bots trawl public places like these for unsuspecting email addresses.

There's no easy answer to unwanted spam emails, and we just have to manage it the best way we can.

Long story short

Long story short: If spam had a simple solution, we wouldn't have a spam problem to begin with. Deal with it like the rest of us.
