Porblem after visiting BlackViper.com...........

Nov 30, 2004 11:17PM PST

I tried the Windows XP Themes adjustment for more performance. After seeing the drastic appearenc change, I knew other user would not agree, so I returned to previous settin and shut it down. Booting up later, it refused to connect to the ISP, saying it was "unplugged". Diagnoised as a faulty 56HP92-PCT. Self-installed new unit, same problem. Any ideas? Windows XP Pro SP2, Pentium lll Processor. What info is needed?

Thanks
