Question

pop up problems

Mar 2, 2016 5:23PM PST

Im running Win7, Chrome Browser: just today I began receiving popups telling me to log in to my mail package. No matter what I do, it keeps coming back. This was a problem several years ago and then went away apparently by itself. There seems to be no way to remove it. Can you suggest anything?

I had this same problem several years ago, before I ever started using Chrome. And I just ran spybot and the windows AV program. All clean. What I did finally was just clear the boxes that held my password and username, and click it off. It hasnt come back. That may be what I did the last time, too, but it's been so long...
But I will try resetting Chrome if I have any more problems with it. It's obvious that this isnt just me, over time many many people have had the same popup.

and thank you for the response.
