I have the same problem and have not been able to resolve it. Please, please let me know anything you find out from your posting. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever encountered. I would never buy their software!

Well, First try running your virus scannner, if that doesn't work I would suggest you go try Ad-ware 1.05 by lavasoft.

Hope this helps you.

You have given NO information at all as to if you have the EXACT same problem or not, nor have to given any information about your operating system so I have no idea if this will help you or not. Try this fix from Symantec. ALSO, It is a very bad idea to post your e-mail address in a public forum like this because bots will pick it up for spam, etc purposes.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
