Pop up blockers in IE 6.0

Sep 27, 2004 12:28AM PDT

For the most part, I use FireFox browser now, but when I do have to use IE, should I use IE's popup/ad blocker from Service Pack 2? Or would I be better off using Googlebar with Popup/ad blocker? Or does it even matter? I do like having the google bar when I do a quick search.

I would recommend installing PopUp Stopper Companion, a real nice program that helps IE in a big way. I have used it for years and it's very effective and realiable. Also, get rid of those additional bars from your explorer windows. You can always have Google.com as your startup page anyway.
If you can't get PopUp Stopper Companion, send me an email with PopUpStopper on the subject line and I'll help you.
