I came across this OVER THE TOP advert on another forum. It is for a Medical Examiner's election in Louisiana.

The video is making reference to past problems by his opponent, who has held that office for decades. In the 90's, Coroner Frank Minyard admitted to providing body parts from dead bodies to a company by the name of Southern Transplant.
