Given your expectations almost any recent PocketPC will do, and given your price range, you can get just about any one you want.
* Windows Mobile comes with pocket versions of Microsoft Office installed. WM2003 has Word and Excel, while WM5.0 (the latest version) has more advanced versions of the two in addition to a Powerpoint viewer. Note, however, that your options/features are limited on the PDA, so some formatting will be lost in the conversion.
* Bluetooth is found on all high-end and most lower-end PocketPCs.
* Voice recorders are standard on most PocketPCs, though don't expect great quality. They are meant for voice memos, not recording meetings or phone concersations.
* Just about any PocketPC can play audio and video, though processor speed and RAM can influence how smooth the video it. Also, would you require a screen and/or multimedia accelerator. (Would almost definately puch you out of your price range.)
* Drugs Reference should run on any PocketPC running Windows Mobile 2002 or higher.
* 16MB RAM would get the job done, though I'd suggest going 32MB or better, and for smooth video it's best to have 64MB or more.
* Windows Mobile 2003SE was the first version of WM to support landscape mode, so you'll want that or Windows Mobile 5.0
* Most PocketPCs are primarily silver or light grey.
* You can get a nice new PDA for around $250. May I recommend the Dell Axim X51 low, which was released a few months ago? It sports Bluetooth (but no WiFi), a healthy 416MHz processor, the latest OS (Windows Mobile 5.0), 64MB RAM, and 128MB ROM for storage. It's currently on sale for $254, with a regular price of $299. If you would like to add WiFi, the Axim X51 mid is on sale for $339 (normally $399.) Of course you can also check out sites such as Ebay for older models based on the above information, though I wouldn't have much faith in the reliability of those product, assuming I'd receive one in the first place. (Be careful of scams.)
Hope this helps,
John
