I know folk that exceeded that. Be sure to test the cable before it is installed.
As to WiFi, no maker I know will tell you it will work at that distance. Unless you are talking to a new team member. I can't see option B working at that distance.
How is power getting there? If powered from your house, try a powerline bridge first.
I need wifi in the garage. My garage is 400ft away from the router.
My options are:
A- Direct Bury Cat 6 ethernet cable + add cheap router in garage = wireless
What is the max distance/length that ethernet cable can trenched? I am aiming for max performance/upload/download/streaming.
B- Ubiquiti Nanostation or other point to point bridge + add cheap router in garage = wireless
Which will offer the best bang for the buck?
