Podcasting travel guides for France

by LittleBruiser / May 12, 2006 9:20 PM PDT

Hi everyone,

My mum is heading over to France for a few weeks holidays and I want to load up an iPod with lot of travel guides for her. I have heard there are a few sites offering these sight seeing guides but I haven't been able to find any...
Please help, I was thinking it would make a nice mother's day gift.
Cheers

you blokes get more time off than Rip Van Winkles reading lamp!

You might want to head on over to the Audible.com web site and check out their travel section. They claim to have 286 travel titles as speaking books and they will work on your iPod. I don't know if they are available as a download though. Did you check the iTunes Store (books section) to see if they have anything there?

Hey I wish..!! No it's just my mum and one of her friends. By the way thanks with the DVD q last time. That's definitely one way to fill a HD.

Ok I read in a newsletter somewhere that there were some sites that offered great walking tours of cities, galleries, places of interest, etc...

So if any one has used or knows of please let me know. My mum is heading over in October.
Cheers
