PN58C550G1F Buzzing

Hi everyone.

I'm 19 and just moved to the states 1 week ago, from Denmark to fulfill a few dreams Happy Well since everything has been pretty much super-size so far, compared to what I'm used to I thought why not invest in a huge quality TV to fit in with everything else Silly

So ended up with the PN58C550G1F plasma - read great reviews and the picture is indeed stunning. But unfortunately the TV has a buzzing noise to it. I do know that a slight buzzing is normal for some TV technologies, but this buzz can be easily heard about 3 meters away even with the volume high. It really ruins the whole experience Sad

I suspected the speakers to be defect but unfortunately the same buzz occurs even with the speakers on mute. The buzz's tone changes depending on what is displayed on the screen, if that helps. My hypothesis would be some power issue, maybe electric current going through the frame I have no idea. Well I called Samsung and was told by a nice guy that he could have a technician out to me within 2 days. So great I thought, but he needed my phone number and I couldnt remember it unfortunately. So I agreed with him I would call back once I found out. So I did that but this time it was a girl who took the phone, she told me to continue using the TV for a few weeks because it will eventually stop buzzing. I honestly cant see why the buzzing should go away after a few weeks. And even if its true - I expect a product to work when I get it. Well the TV is only 1 day old. What should I do samsung? I got the reference number: 2012232139.
The tv's serial number is: Z1N63CKZ305913W.

Welcome to the States.

Some buzzing is normal, although some people are very sensitive to it while others are not.

If you feel like it's overwhelming or may be a service issue, I'd recommend calling 800-SAMSUNG to have a technician inspect your unit, and waiting a few weeks isn't necessary if it's a problem now.

Okay I called back, explained the situation and will have a technician here within 2-3 days. Hoping for the best!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
