PN58B850 feature banner won't turn off

Hello all,
I am a tech rookie but could not find an answer after a search. Had our TV about a year and love it but all of the sudden the feature banner like what was displayed at the store--on the left of the screen saying 1.2 inches thick, ToC, ultra filter, etc.--started up and I can't figure how to turn it off. It will appear and go through its sequence of displays then quit. It happens periodically or whenever the remote is used for any function. Only other thing that has changed is that the picture mode automatically switches to dynamic when the unit is turned on.
Also, the ToC has never worked but never really cared to use it anyway.
What am I missing?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

demo mode

Fixed. Some way had switched itself to demo mode. Finally figured how to switch it back.

gradylaw,

I'm glad you were able to figure it out. Holding down the MENU button for a 15-second or so period of time can put a set into DEMO mode, and sometimes that happens when people move it.

The Touch of Color feature is designed as a subtle design injected in the bezel, and doesn't light up, so it shouldn't be an issue of it "not working" as much as just being part of the panel.

Hope that helps, and I appreciate your support of Samsung products.
