Hello,
I'm sorry to hear this! Have you tried doing a factory reset on the television?
Here's an article that will walk you through that, if needed, (http://support-us.samsung.com/cyber/popup/iframe/pop_troubleshooting_fr.jsp?idx=443823&modelname=PN51F5500AF&modelcode=PN51F5500AFXZA)
I hope this helps!
Regards,

Does anyone know if this is a firmware bug? I updated to the latest, but it's been happening on the previous.
What happens to the television is that the picture size randomly changes off center to the right while I am watching cable. The cable settings are set in 1080i and the television picture is set to 16:9. I can change all settings to something lower or zoom/wide and the picture still is off center to the right with black surrounding.
This happens in Netflix sometimes when the picture exceedingly zooms in and only 75% of the screen can be viewed.
The only way to fix this issue is to turn the television off, and then turn it back on.
