Try the usual first. Use the DNS 8.8.8.8 and since I see no mention of the carrier (ISP) I'll also write to get a Roku.

All my devices including TV recognize the wireless connection, but my smart apps, and TV do not detect the Internet connection, it says to contact my internet provider, they came, and said its the TV, and they have seen this a lot, and that Samsung has a download upgrade. I'm unable to connect to the Internet via my TV, any suggestions on this issue
