PN51D6500 video working but no sound while online.

Hi,

I have this issue with the no sound with the new PN51D6500. I was online looking at a video online using the smart tv internet app and can see the video but get no sound from my TV's internal speakers. Please let me know what I can do.

Please provide the link to that video. It could well be that it's not supported by the app (even a smart app is a dumb browser), but that's impossible to say without knowing the video.

Hi riddick187,

I suspect you're trying to use Flash to watch videos on the browser. You should note that the browser is subject to limitations with flash, as Kees alluded to. And here's a summary with flash limitations on browser:
- Flashes version 10.1
- 5 maximum number of instances per page
- Doesn't support 'Zoom' feature
- Doesn't support multiple videos playing
- Transparent mode isn't available

Allow me to say that these aren't all the limitations, but these are the ones the I know of.
