I just bought and set up my PN50B550T2F last week with no problems. After switching today to an HD cable box and connecting it via HDMI to the TV (I was using a simple video cable before), I discovered that the TV picture mode now defaults to screen fit mode. When watching non-HD TV stations, I notice that there are black bars on the sides and/or the top/bottom of the picture. Since the anti-burn-in pixel scroll feature cannot be selected in screen fit mode, are these bars a burn-in hazard or is there some other mechanism in screen fit mode to prevent burn-in?
Thanks in advance.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
