Question

PN50A650N Plasma burn-in?

I have a PN50a650 plasma. I have had if for a few years now. Lately I have noticed in the bottom right corner of the screen one of the station logos(Nick Jr). My daughter probably watches this channel an hour or 2 over the course of a day. Now, I only see if when that area of the screen is black. The logo shows up reddish and is surrounded by some other reddish blobs. The logo does seem to fade a little over time but this is something I have not noticed until recently. Any ideas? Does not sound like a normal burn-in issue because you can only see it on a black screen.

I did run the white scrolling this weekend for a few hours and I still see the same issue. It can be very faint at times and you can only see it on a black screen but it is there.

Run the Scroller Every Sunday For Two Hours, and Make sure the pixel shift is turned on set to 4up 4 sideways

Still there

The red blobs are still there. It seems to be more visible at times and other times it is very faint. I don't think this a burn-in issue but an issue with the panel itself. How do I get a hold of a Samsung tech in my area? thanks
