PN50A550 program/commercial sound level

I have a PN50A550, a Samsung HT-X8 10T sound bar and a DirectTV HDDVR
Is there a way to automatically control the sound difference between program and commercials?

There is no technology built into the television to stabilize the volume. However, some electronics specialty stores have a volume regulator (or call it a volume stabilizer) that may help avoid the program/commercial volume difference.
