the 4GB version has an SDHC slot so you can spend him upto 8GB SD cards (they come in 16 and 32GB too, but those are too pricey)
and it also has a USB host, so you can give him a whole external harddrive if you need to
My husband is going to Iraq and i would like to be able to send him pictures, videos, and music without having to send dvds and cds. I know some PMPs support memory cards and others use usb. My questions are, which player, Creative Zen W, Archos 605, or Cowon A2 would be the best to give him? Could the ones that use USB import info from a card reader? Last time he was there sand ruined a lot of cds/dvds and also caused a lot of problems with his laptop. (cd drive stopped working) This is the best solution I could think of. If anyone has any other suggestions, I'm open. Thank you.
