Pleeeeease help!

by lozziiee / November 22, 2009 3:03 AM PST

I wanted to download some fonts for my computer because most of mine are boring. So I downloaded one, and it worked. I accidently changed the start up program for it, like I dont know what it was originally, but I somehow changed it to this crap program. I dont know how to get the orginal start up program for my fonts back. Any help? I am desperate!!

Hmm.. if you right click on a document or something, or in this case a folder, and then hover over 'Open With' and it comes up with the programs. Sorry if it was a bit confusing lol

I'm not sure what that has to do with installing fonts.

See the other questions asked by Kees.

I think ...
by Kees Bakker / November 22, 2009 7:57 PM PST

he wants to view the font with C:\WINDOWS\System32\fontview.exe.

Then this should be the "open" action for the .ttf file extension: C:\WINDOWS\System32\fontview.exe %1

But maybe he means something else.

Let me ask a few other questions.

1. What exactly did you download from where?
2. How did you install it after the download? You forgot to tell that.
3. What exactly do you mean with "it worked"?
4. What is a "start program" for fonts?
5. What is "this crap program"?

Sorry, but while your help is welcome, your links to your own blog are not.

I deleted those posts where you did this.
