It ran on a pretty slow laptop. https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20120703140715AAxHDMB
So it might be hard to get such today at that price.
Since you want best bang for the buck I think you'll have to make a spreadsheet and find 400 to 800 buck laptops then make a wieght system to find the winner.
Since no one machine springs to mind how about this list to start?

Bob
I'm not a student and I don't use my laptop for work.
I mostly use my laptop to surf the web, download, watch movies/tv shows.
I want a 15" screen or close to it.
I want to play Happy Wheels (although I wouldn't consider myself a gamer, I just want a laptop to support this specific program)
I want a fast system that can support multiple applications at once (VLC Player, web, downloading, etc...)
I'd like to spend between 400-800$ and I want the best bang for my buck. I'm looking for deals and sales.
I'd like at least 4 hours full-power battery time, but it's not essential. My laptop doesn't leave my house.
Hard drive space and weight are irrelevant.
