I want visitors to my website to be able to record a video introduction, can you recommend a program to facilitate this?

We kicked that around at https://www.daniweb.com/hardware-and-software/cloud-based-applications/threads/501225/any-online-video-recorder-no-need-java-to-run but it turns out they wanted something else but it was possible with say a little HTML5.

A beginner web author only needs that clue.
