PLease Please help A very Important Video is not opening

video is not opening in any video player in vlc it shows blank screen and i really need it please help
it shows 118mb size but nothing else in properties no video lenght or anything please
i have recovered it from a memory card and i have also recovered more 7 files but all played excluding this one and this was the most important one
when i tried to convert it the mp4 converter software said "drm protected file"
PLEASE HELP ME

Yep, that happens with recovery. The result is not guaranteed.

Two things you can try;
- Download a hex editor like hxd and fix the error in the file. But I'm afraid that's impossible.
- Use another program for the recovery and hope it does a better job.

what about drm protection and how do i edit using hex editor and suggest me with the best recover software
please if u can help me ask other people also atleast i should get to know what can be the reasons for this clip not playing
this is very important to me and i have no other source it is about 118 mb

There was nothing in your original post about drm protection. So that's a new point. But I don't think it makes a difference.

There is no best recovery software in general. But some may work better than other in a certain case.

A hex editor is a tool to change bytes in a file. Some also allow for deleting or inserting bytes. But with some 118,000,000 bytes that might be wrong (although I think the error is somewhere in the first 1000) it's a quite difficult - if not impossible - task.

It's best to have a backup of a file in stead of relying on uncertain recovery. But that's too late now.
