Please Hepl Me! To Share ADSL Internet Connction

Hello To all,
I am from India, i have just got ADSL Internet connection that works like rocket on my Computer. the problem is that i have 3 more computers in my office. when i shared my Broadband internet connection there were 2 big problems (1) there is a message on my system saying Conflict Ip Addreee. (2) when other computers open websites only google.com and nokia.com and few more sites r opening but sites like Yahoo.com or microsoft.com r not. at the same time they all r opening on my computer. I have Windows Xp Professional 2002 OS on all PCs the ADSL connection is comming through a ADSl Modem to my on board lan card, and i have connected another Lan card on maybe slot 2 from where my LAN wire is connected. One more thing i would like to clear that when i use dialup connection the sharing works 100%. Help me please
