Question

please help.volume full blast

hi,can anybody help?when I switch on my Samsung 42" plasma tv it always comes on at full volume and today it came on at 136 when max volume is 100.i have tried a reset but no joy,.please any ideas would be appreciated

Thanks for that information. I'd normally recommend reset, but you've already tried that, so it may be some setting or that it needs service. Admittedly, I'm the best person to ask on this because I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)
