Please help...virus problem on my laptop.

by jimmypagefan123 / February 14, 2010 5:39 AM PST

I have no idea what to do anymore. I don't know much about computers, so i'll try to explain to the best of my abilities. I recently got the Antivirus pro 2010 virus on my laptop, and now it won't even turn on. When i turn on the computer, it loads then I get a black screen with a movable cursor. I can go into safe mode sometimes, but thats only when I shut it off using the power button. Once in safe mode, I tried running an AVG scan, but nothing happened. I also tried going on the web in safe mode so I could download a scan to get rid of it, but Antivirus Pro ALERT blocks it. I have no idea what to do my computer unfixable?

When I go on the web, Antivirus ALERT comes up. In other words, I cant use the web unless there is a way to disable Antivirus ALERT
