Please help re: using incredimail with windows xp. PLEASE :)

PLEASE my incredimail

Please would anyone know how to fix a problem I have been having with my incredimail

I purchased incredimail premium after enjoying the free version of incredimail for over a year. I use windows xp and I recieved my reg codes.. thing is. when i go to send a email it gets to 100% then a message box appears saying "forbidden" If anyone can suggest a way to sort this, I would be truly grateful

This is a question regarding a particular application. You have the paid version, so the authors should support it. I don?t see in their help such an error, so use thier Contact Us advise and fill the forms.
