please help. problems with windows8 refresh

I went to the recovery section. Advanced startup.
After I clicked on refresh my screen went black..and it's been already 20 minutes and I don't see anything at all..only a black screen..

Yes, many people have this problem, and Microsoft has claimed it was caused by the new update patch named KB 2993651, now Microsoft haven't put out new ways. You can reinstall your Windows or roll back, if they don't work, you can use Windows Boot Genius to fix, I have used this program to fix Windows black screen
