Question

Please help on background color

Mar 10, 2016 4:44PM PST

I'm on Windows 10 pro with new desktop , three months old .
The background on most pages and in folders is a harsh white that's hurting my eyes . I have Glaucoma and I'm having a hard time using this computer ..
I know there's a lot of settings , I think I've tried most of them . Can someone help me please ...Muriel

Yes , I've played around with the settings . Got a blue title bar , but can't get the background white to a darker color . Something I'm missing , this is so hard on the eyes ..
