I think you need to check those drivers with the TP Link forum.

I have had this problem for a week and i cant game! My internet speeds have been 150+mbps down and 30mbps up since a week ago now they are only 20-24 mbps down and 5mbps up and ive been looking everywhere to find the answer. i used to use a wifi connection and it was better than my ethernet connection but now my ethernet is better. my speeds for all my other devices in my house are fine so its only me. Before this happened i was trying to open some ports and i did use the DMZ for my modem but i reset all of that to facory settings including my router. i even reinstalled windows on my pc. Please help i can only play offline games. My router is a TP-Link AC1750 and my wifi adapter is a TP-Link archer T6E. and my ethernet controller is a Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller. and no i dont have AMD Quick Time

ethernet doesnt work well either, so it isnt a driver problem, and ive already tried the other solution
And the only time I see this happen with regularity is when an antivirus suite examines every packet.
Anyhow, set this setting to off.
