Please help me this problem is driving me crazy

Hello everyone i got this problem from almost 4 month now my internet speed is slow almost 0.17 mb/s or not working 0.00mb/s only on my pc when i run tests on other pc's it works normally 10.00mb/s the weird thing is the internet push back to normal speed only when i turn on my laptop and connect it to wifi sometime only google and youtube works i'm forced now to turn on my laptop to use my main pc i tried changing dns setting tried different cmd command reset my router several time formatted my pc i even changed my wifi usb adapter uninstalled and reinstalled drivers i tried everything out there this is driving me crazy...

Pretty clean Speccy.

I have a similar model C2Q which I shared at and use WiFi too.

To me this sounds like some driver issue as the Speccy is clean. I'd try the REAR USB PORTS first as most front USB ports have issues. Then I'd test with Ethernet (wired.) Then I'd try another WiFi stick.

WiFi must be in line of sight and under 20 feet during testing.

I'd also:
1. Do the CHKDSK /F /X on all drives.
2. Scan for malware with Grif's help at
