However if you want to cut other folk's GPA, tell them a tablet is all they need.
Nod to the iPad since apps are there to do what you asked.
Now the Surface Pro 2 comes closest to a laptop with the keyboard so it's the Chimera of tablets so it may be the one.
If you go with the others, you'll want a laptop.

Hi Everyone,
I am in need of a tablet for Uni work. I'm planning to use it for note taking (annotating PDF Lecture slides) and generally housing all my notes and work for tutorials/labs etc.
I'm considering an Ipad, Galaxy Note 10.1, Windows Surface Pro 2
The main features I need are:
- PDF Annotation (I know they all have their respective apps - so this isn't really a deciding factor, but I've heard the Ipad doesn't ignore your palm on the screen while you are writing)
- A digitizer stylus - I do Engineering so I'm going to need to be drawing/writing greek symbols et)
- 10 inch screen for reading
- keyboard cases: lots of typing will be done on this!
I'm also really concerned about the ease of organising files and whatnot (which was why I was leaning towards Surface Pro, I figured I would understand the windows interface better and would be able to organise my files easily - but it is terribly expensive compared to the other 2 options!)
Thanks for your opinions in advance!
