Please help me in buying a desktop - profile within

About 3 years ago I bought an Alienware laptop and have had many problems with it.

Alienware has been very helpful this past month and has decided to credit me $2000 towards a new system of my choosing.

I had been saving up about $2000 for my next desktop and was thinking of combining the two to buy a gaming rig.

Below is what I created. I've tried searching the web for reviews of the Area-51 7500 and they have posted on their site that CNET gave it a 80% (around there).... What do people think? Is it worth getting speakers system or will default sound option be ok? Do you see any red flags? Would you just use the $2000 for a computer at cost and advise me to keep saving and not buy a high end Alienware?

I would appreciate advice. One note: I am NOT tech-savvy so I will be relying on their tech service and know just about *nothing*

Finally: would you add liquid cooling or is this too new a technology to risk? I am not familiar with it much (web read a bit)

THANK YOU! (Profile below)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
