Please help me get my Mac to print on a Windows network prin

I have the Fall 2010 MBP 17". My office has a Ricoh Aficio 2027multifunction printer/fax, etc. I downloaded the drivers from their webpage, and when I did the "add printer" and I added all the appropriate ip addresses and everything BUT every time I print, whether I'm on Libre Office 3 or Bean whatever I type, this is what prints out:

This is the only thing that prints out no matter what I do! I tried saving the files as a .doc or .pdf file, still no luck, please help!!!
