Ah HA! At the end of your message you say email. But exactly when do you get them both.
Generally, when this appears, your ISP has made some changes. Since you didn't tell us who that is, or what type of connection you have, I'd suggest you call them.
And by the way, it's not Microsoft's problem. Call your ISP.
I have Windows XP and Outlook 2003.
Before I describe my problem, which I know that many of you have experienced for years, I'd like to call out Microsoft for its shoddy software and for not fixing this problem.
I do not know where this "Enter Network Password" prompt comes from, but this time it won't go away.
Also, everytime that I think that I've found a solution, the description is either for Windows 98 or Outlook Exptress, etc.
But now I'm getting two prompts: one with my old password and then a new one pops up with my new password -- but they won't go away and I have not been able to access my email for over a week.
Please help.
