Please help me decide

I have recently been looking at some monitors to buy and I have about $350 to spend so I narrowed it down to these two - http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8732749&type=product&id=1201307759117 and - http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?sku=320-6252&cs=04&c=us&l=en&dgc=SS&cid=30098&lid=674095 I'm not so sure about the Hannspree because I can not find any reviews on it.

Why would you consider an off brand? What if you need support? If you can't find reviews, what does that tell you?
