I don't have any of the original wires from my psu or case so i will have to buy something to do the job. I don't have any connectors on my mother board i am looking to power all of these. Do i need a psu adapter? If so can you recommend one?

Sorry but a fan controller is non-standard PC gear.

How to wire it up would be in whatever documentation that came with the controller. However the biggest connector looks to go to a PSU power connection and the rest look like fans could plug in there.

Its apart of the case (not a separate fan controller at all), the available documentation doesn't say much other than it needs to powered presumably by a psu.

If they supply bad or lacking docs.

Then I can't do much better. But the connections you show look like the usual 4 pin molex from the PSU and the rest go to fans.
