please help me

I have new p-4 machine with SATA hdd , I have already installed the red hat9 in ATA Hdd, I couldn?t install it on SATA , is there any special changes needs to install the Red hat 9 in SATA Kindly help me , next one is I have installed 2 os (xp and linux) in the primary partition windows and logical is linux , now can I remove the linux , but I want to work the xp in future , grub boot loader is using, 1 st option is redhat

http://www.redhat.com/archives/redhat-sysadmin-list/2005-November/msg00016.html seems to note you have an old distro. This issue seems to be widely discussed so I'll ask (no offense meant) why you are asking again here?
