Question

PLEASE HELP! How do I access files on a non-owner account?

Feb 21, 2015 8:07AM PST

Hi, I have a samsung tab. I have the owner account and my partner has her own account. When we are logged into her account and plug the tablet in when I go to samsung kies it tells me I can only access it from the owner account. But when I use the owner account the videos from the other account are not there. How do we get the videos from the non-owner account onto a computer?

if you are able to see your files on the tab in windows explorer, you can move them that way.
