Question

Please Help. Computer Error Problem

I have Windows 7. About once or twice a day when using the computer the screen goes completely black for a couple of seconds and it recovers after a few seconds. Then a message pops up. I will upload the error message in a screenshot:

I'm not sure how to fix this problem and what the problem is. It's worrying. If anyone could help I would be ever so grateful. Thank you.

I think it is to do with my logitech mouse? It runs the functions on my mouse.

Windows runs the mouse just fine here.

Windows own mouse driver runs the functions of my mouse just fine. I see Kees noted a link to read about this error so why not try without or as I say "go native" to see if that's it?

I use their software so I can run specific buttons for different functions. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Perhaps this will help.
